Weekly Camp Themes:
Week 1: Deep Sea Discovery: Ocean Adventure Camp
Dive into an unforgettable underwater adventure right on campus! Campers will explore amazing sea creatures, create ocean-themed art, and take part in hands-on STEM activities inspired by life under the sea. From building coral reefs to learning about sharks and dolphins, this week is packed with creativity, discovery, and fun—no swimsuit needed!
Week 2: Ultimate LEGO Takeover: Build-It Mega Camp
Calling all builders! This action-packed week is all about designing, creating, and bringing big ideas to life. Campers will take on exciting LEGO challenges, build epic structures, and work together on imaginative projects that spark creativity, teamwork, and engineering skills.
Week 3: Crazy Chemistry Lab: Junior Scientists Camp
Things are about to get bubbly, fizzy, and explosive (in a safe way, of course)! Campers will become real scientists as they mix colorful reactions, create cool experiments, and uncover the magic of chemistry through hands-on discovery and fun.
Week 4: Superhero Showdown: Ultimate Hero Academy
Heroes vs. villains—it’s game on! Campers will design their own superheroes, create comic adventures, and compete in fun challenges that test strength, speed, and teamwork. This high-energy week is all about creativity, confidence, and discovering your inner hero.
Week 5: Wild West Round-Up: Cowboy Adventure Camp
Yeehaw! Step into the wild frontier for a week full of cowboy fun. Campers will enjoy western-themed games, creative crafts, and exciting challenges like gold rush hunts and rodeo-style competitions—all bringing the spirit of the Wild West right to campus.
Week 6: Art Explosion: Create, Paint & Imagine Camp
Let creativity run wild! Campers will explore different art styles, experiment with fun materials, and create bold, colorful masterpieces every day. This week is perfect for young artists who love to imagine, design, and express themselves.
Week 7: Gross-Out Science: Slime, Goo & WOW Camp
The messier, the better! Campers will dive into the gross (and awesome) side of science with slime-making, ooey-gooey experiments, and wild discoveries that are equal parts educational and hilarious. Get ready for the most unforgettable week of the summer!
Week 8: All-Star Challenge: Ultimate Sports & Games Camp
Bring your energy! This action-packed week is filled with sports, team competitions, and nonstop fun. Campers will build confidence, practice teamwork, and enjoy a variety of games that keep them moving, laughing, and engaged all day long.

Enrichment Program
Our enrichment program for Wilbur Avenue Elementary families offers a dynamic and engaging selection of classes designed to foster creativity, build essential life skills, and ensure every child has a blast. Students can dive into the world of science with our Chemistry class, learn to play beautiful music in Piano lessons, or express themselves through Art and Sewing. Our Group Voice class helps students find their voice, while Cupcake Wars adds a dash of fun to the mix. For those interested in exploring nature, Marine Biology opens up the wonders of the ocean, and for active minds and bodies, Soccer, LEGO building, and Chess offer exciting challenges. Each class is crafted to promote communication, collaboration, and critical thinking in a fun and supportive environment. Join PEAK for an enriching after-school experience where your child can explore new interests and thrive!

Class Change & Drop Policy
If you’d like to switch your child into a different class, there’s a $25 charge fee per class.
If you decide to drop a class, a 3% fee applies to the original charge and another 3% fee applies to the refund transaction.
Thank you for understanding as these small fees help cover processing costs.

DATE: APRIL 6, 13, 20, 27; May 4, 11, 18 PEAK CLASS
Get ready for a colorful spring adventure! In this hands-on art class, students will create adorable bugs like butterflies, dragonflies, ladybugs, and more using bright polymer clay. Young artists will learn fun sculpting techniques like rolling, shaping, and designing while adding creative details such as sparkling wings, silly eyes, and rainbow patterns. Along the way, we’ll discover how these tiny critters help flowers grow and make spring so beautiful. At the end of each class, students will take home their own handmade clay bug masterpiece they’ll be excited to show off!

An introduction to piano lessons with basic playing skills for beginner piano students! We will cover note reading, piano keys, finger numbers, music for right hand or left hand alone, counting beats, and music for two-hands. Students will learn music terms and rhythms through games.

Learn how to hand sew and embroider with all new projects. First project, a hiking bag, teaches how to sew on a button. Following projects, a felt box, a charm band, bear/deer embroidery and a calico or polka dot chicken teaches all other stitches and skills. Sewing kit and all materials and supplies are provided.

In this deliciously fun enrichment class, TK through 5th grade students will turn everyday snacks into amazing works of art! Using colorful foods like fruit, vegetables, crackers, cereal, and pretzels, kids will design creative scenes such as sunny beaches, friendly lions, bright ocean fish, and cozy bird nests. As they build their edible pictures, students will explore shapes, colors, and textures while using their imagination and problem-solving skills. Each class becomes a hands-on adventure where food transforms into playful masterpieces. At the end, students can proudly show off their creations—and maybe even enjoy a tasty bite of their artwork!

Ukulele and guitar are cheerful, versatile, and beginner-friendly instruments that open the door to a lifetime of music. In our lessons, students learn proper technique, strumming patterns, some chord progressions, and how to play songs from their very first class. Along the way, they’ll develop rhythm, coordination, and confidence while exploring a variety of musical styles. Whether aiming to perform or simply enjoy making music, ukulele and guitar offer a rewarding and enjoyable starting point for any musical journey

Welcome to Spy Academy, where TK through 5th grade students become real junior detectives! In this action-packed class, young investigators will dive into the fascinating world of spy science and mystery solving through hands-on experiments and secret missions. Students will analyze fingerprints like forensic experts, investigate bite-mark clues, test mysterious powders, and uncover hidden evidence to solve mini mysteries. They’ll also learn how spies communicate by cracking secret codes and sending hidden messages. Along the way, each student will create their own spy gear—including a pair of detective binoculars—to use during exciting investigation challenges. By the end of the class, every student will feel like a true undercover agent with the skills to observe clues, think critically, and crack the case!

Super Soccer Stars teaches soccer skills in a fun, non-competitive and educational environment. Get ready to build, test, and invent! In Young Inventors Lab, students become creative engineers as they design amazing structures using everyday materials like clothespins, craft sticks, binder clips, cardboard, and rubber bands—no LEGOs needed! Young builders will explore how things balance, bend, stack, and connect while creating bridges, towers, water slides, and other exciting inventions. Each class brings a new hands-on challenge where students experiment, problem-solve, and work together to make their designs stronger, taller, and more creative. With plenty of imagination and teamwork, students will discover the fun of engineering while learning how real inventors turn simple ideas into incredible creations. Get ready to clip it, stick it, stack it, stretch it, and engineer it!

We are devoted to promoting the merits of chess among children by using stories, dances, and catchy songs to make the game of chess exciting and easy to understand. Children who participate in our program improve their critical thinking and problem-solving skills, improve their concentration and mental discipline, gain confidence, and have a great time!!! All students in the chess club receive an exclusive Academic Chess workbook, prizes for good sportsmanship, and participate in the "BIG TOURNAMENT" on the last day, where all kids take home a prize! New and experienced chess players are welcome! Children participating will be broken up into groups based on age and experience. Open to K - 6th grade students.
