This after-school music program will dive into a broad range of subjects to offer the children a well-rounded knowledge of music. We will cover the basics of music theory, ear training, sight reading, and rhythm training by incorporating fun games and familiar songs to help memory. The students will be encouraged to sing in genres that range from classical to popular music to get familiar with music analysis. With both theory and singing training we will be using Solfege games to meld the two together.
